SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Built For The Garden. We are committed to delivering premium fan apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Because our products are made-to-order through our production partner, each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Production Time
Most orders require:
2–7 business days for production and fulfillment.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or playoff/championship runs, production times may be extended.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery:
5–15 business days after production is completed.
Standard Shipping is our most economical shipping option and is available for most domestic and international destinations.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery:
3–8 business days after production is completed.
Express Shipping receives priority handling and faster carrier delivery times when available.
Please note that production time still applies before Express Shipping begins.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- Peak holiday seasons
- High-volume promotional periods
Built For The Garden cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates once packages are in transit.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Built For The Garden is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Built For The Garden is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim when applicable.
We will gladly assist by providing tracking information and shipment details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may be responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
- Other country-specific charges
These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
